Q. Is this sofa new?
A. Yes. This sofa is brand new.
Q. Can I view your sofas before I make a purchase?
A. Yes. You may visit our warehouse from Monday to Sunday by prior arrangement only.
Q. Dose this sofa comes with warranty?
A. Our sofas are covered against manufacturing faults, not wear & tear or misuse for 12 months.
Q. What if I don't want the sofa after it arrives?
A. Once we have checked the returned goods at our warehouse to determine that they are in perfect and saleable condition, you will be refunded (minus a £79 collection charge) within 30 days. Items returned to us not in a perfect and saleable condition will not be refunded and we will in this circumstances offer to re-deliver the goods to you for £79 delivery charge.
Q. Will you remove my old sofas?
A. No. You are responsible for the removal of your old furniture before we arrive.
Q. Can I request delivery on a specific day or am / pm?
A. In some cases. Usually we do not agree specific delivery days or times.
Q. Do we deliver at weekends?
A. In some cases. Usually deliveries are Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm.
Q. What happens if the sofas will not fit into my house?
A. It is your responsibility to check the dimensions on the website and your home. If your sofas won't fit we can take sofa back however delivery charges won't be refunded.
Q. What if I am not at my property when my sofas arrive?
A. If we have not been able to contact you prior to delivery, roughly 1 hour before arrival if possible, then we will still proceed to your home. But if you are not in we will not wait. Delivery charges won't be refunded. And we reserve the right to charge for another delivery.
