All items need to be checked and signed on delivery day.

       Please check the dimensions carefully to make sure they fit through doorways etc. before buy as we cannot refund or replace suites because of their size. We can only accept products for return with their original packaging in the condition they were delivered.

       Once we have checked the returned goods at our warehouse to determine that they are in a perfect and saleable condition, you will be refunded (minus a £89 collection charge) within 30 days.

      Items returned to us not in a perfect and saleable condition will not be refunded and we will in these circumstances offer to re-deliver the goods to you for £89 delivery charge.

      Please Note: Unwanted orders will be collected subject to a £89 charge (to cover the carrier's charges), this does not apply to products which are faulty - these will be collected/ replaced free of charge.
