Delivery will take place within 21 days of purchase (normally much sooner!). Our customer service staff will contact you  2-3 days before scheduled delivery date.

You will receive a call an 1 hour before the driver arrives.

If you are up to 40 miles from our warehouse (L14 3NZ) the delivery will be only £40 (1 item) or £55 (2 items).

The cost is £69 (1 item) or £79 (2 items) to mainland England and Wales. We also deliver to Scotland - please contact us before you order. Sorry but we don't deliver to Ireland or the Channel Islands.

We use two man team delivery staff.
Delivery is to a ground floor of your choice only. If you want to deliver to another floor then you must inform the delivery company when arranging your delivery date. Extra charge may apply if not ground floor.

All items we deliver to you need to be checked and signed for on delivery day. Please check the dimensions carefully to make sure they fit through doorways etc. before buy as we cannot refund or replace suites because of their size.

If the sofas do not fit in your home you will be charged for the delivery fee, however we will take the sofas back and NOT leave them on your doorstep.

The delivery charge is passed on to an independent company so if the sofas do not fit or are returned the delivery charge cannot be refunded.
