What is the furniture buying process like?

    • Our trade consultant is available to discuss your order requirements. This final brief is then passed to our dedicated contract team at our factory who will analyse the furniture design. If our quote is acceptable, we will advise the lead time, and payment terms.
    • Once your order has been implemented into production, you will receive regular updates as to the status of your order.
    • We deliver your order, which can either be as a direct truck to warehouse, 2-man to room of choice, or full installation.

The choice of upholstery fabric when planning and visualising a project is extremely important. We provide swatches and material specifications.
